Real Estate, in one form or another, has always been a big part of my life. Whether it was buying, selling, building, remodeling or demo, the goal was always a no-nonsense approach to obtain the highest value for work performed.
This type of attitude and work ethic has been one of the best contributors to my success. With my business background of managing an RV production facility of 500 + employees, that same concept was vital.
I enjoy Real Estate for the simple fact that every property, buyer, seller, situation and transaction is different. That's what makes this business so unique. Although I have become accustomed to expect high value and performance, I commit to give it as well.
Being from a Rural area and specializing in Rural properties is where my heart and soul is. Taking my knowledge in these areas and the need to be heard, I have been able to bring a voice to the table at all levels to help protect and preserve property rights and property ownership.
Contributing to the Realtor Associations at the Local, State and National levels has helped me be a part to better Property ownership as a whole.
